- Rates are per unit, per night, in US dollars.
- Rates subject to the mandatory tax (26%).

Extra persons and children:
- Children must be accompanied by one adult.
- Kids 0-14 stay free.
- Additional person $25 per night.
- If the aditional persons are children the following applies: Children 12 and younger stay for free; Kids between 13 and 18 years old pay only US$10 extra per night.
- Baby crib available.

Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show:
- One (1) night deposit required at time of booking.
- Full refund if reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date, less U$20.00 cancellation fee.
- Deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date.
- In case of a No-Show, a 25% penalty charge of your total stay will be billed to your credit card.
